Dr Cook is a board-certified neurologist with nearly 20 years of practice experience. He has practiced at Hendricks Regional Hospital in Danville and is one of the area's most recognized neurologic physicians. He recently completed an Anti-Aging Fellowship and completed taking his board-certification examination. He is the only physician in Indiana who is fully fellowship-trained in Anti-Aging Medicine.
